
Some of you may know, that over the past month and a half - two months i've been eating healthier, and trying new things. Through it all, i've lost 10 pounds, and am excited about losing a little bit more. My mom has really been looking into the extra junk that is put into food, and what it does to your body. After her 'research' she's lost 30 pounds since March or April, and in turn it has made the rest of our family healthier. She just started looking into buying organically. Milk, yogurt, fruits, veggies. You name it, it is currently in our house. We used to think those people who eat only organically were crazy, but in reality, they aren't. They are doing things the right way. Giving your body what it needs, and no extra that will harm it. It's been refreshing to know that I am eating well, but now to know that what I am putting into my body is all natural, and will really do my body good. My favorite thing so far has been organic Stonyfield blueberry yogurt with blueberry granola from Whole Foods. That stuff is tops! Now i'm looking forward to what other organic eating ventures I embark on! I even tried organic chocolate milk...
I buy organic veggies. Makes me feel healthier. Wish we had a WholeFoods store closer though. Our grocery stores don't carry too many organic things.
