So I like to run from time to time, but it seems as though within the past two weeks I've been doing it maybe three times a week. I want to do some type of exercise every day of the week, but I want to do something that will balance out the running and work out my other muscles.

yoga!!! My running has improved DRASTICALLY since I added yoga to my week. I love how it makes me feel:)
